5 for Friday! What a week!!

So I started my 5 for Friday last week and then my computer was acting weird. So I decided to go to bed. So this will have some from last week and this week. I'm linking up with Doodle Bugs Teaching for 5 for Friday!

1. Lets start with Monday of last week! I was at school before 7 because I had to interview for my same position. Long story short one year contract so I had to do it again. But it all worked out!!! I will be staying and teaching with my fab team again next year!!!!!!!!!!!!

 2. We started our ABC countdown last Tuesday and the students are loving it. 17 more days of school :)

Realized it's backwards but B was for bubbles and A was for Art. We drew caterpillars from Doodle Bugs Teaching's Spring Directed Drawing and then I stole her idea from her blog for the door.

3. Our nephew was born last Wednesday and we got to go down for the weekend to meet the little guy. He is so cute! I got to have lots of cuddles with him. Looking forward to seeing him when we are back down in 2 weeks!!

4. Stout came to school today to meet my firsties. They worked really hard to earn all of their animals (like a marble jar) so Stout could come today. Everyone was so excited to see him. He even got some fan mail from one little boy who spelled Stout's name Stoot. Super cute! Then after school we headed to my parents' house to introduce Stout to my parents' new pups. We had a blast!

5. On Monday I took my last personal day for the year. I got a pedicure and did some wedding stuff with my Mom. Then Tuesday I attended a conference for using ipads during literacy time!

What a busy week! I'm glad we have a long weekend. I have plenty of stuff to work on!
