Reflections of 2015

I'm linking up with Kristin, Traci and Hadar to look back on 2015!

I would say for the most part 2015 was a good year. Here are some of the events that happened.

January was a blur. We celebrated Great Uncle Frank's 91st birthday on January 14th and then said  goodbye to him two days later. January was also filled with week long GLAD training and submitting my portfolio for my professional certificate. We also celebrated our good friend graduating from the police academy.

February started with the Seahawks in the Super Bowl again and then a trip to CA to celebrate Great Uncle Frank's life.

March we celebrated my Father-in-law's 60th birthday but throwing him a surprise party.
The party was a dirt bike theme

April we celebrated our goddaughter's christening.

May was spent with family doing some fun things around the area.

June wrapped up my 6th year of teaching. We also celebrated some graduations.

July was spent celebrating my Mom's birthday and Mr. J's 30th birthday. We did our annual trip to the Newport. We also welcomed my bestie to our neighborhood. We also traveled to Montana to see family. We checked out the cycle saloon.

2015 was the year we turned 30, traveled the world, took on more responsibilities at work, celebrated with people we love and most important did it together. Looking forward to whatever 2016 has in store for us.

Weekend Recap

A little lat on recapping our weekend but the last two days have been all about getting ready to leave for Australia tonight. So this will probably be my last post until we get back in mid August. This weekend we headed into Seattle to do the cycling saloon tour. We had a blast and got a good workout in. We were also adopted by a a nice group of cougars :)
I even had my locket matching

Sunday was spent cleaning and starting to pack for our trip :) Have a great couple of weeks! Time to head to the airport!!

Hello Friday

Hello Friday! Even though it is summer I still like Fridays because that means a weekend with Mr. J :)  This week has been all about unpacking and getting ready for our next trip.

Nordstrom sale!! Everyone has been posting about it so I thought I would share what I have ordered too.

Kate Spade

Ecco

Space Dye Tunic Sweatshirt

I got this in black and grey to go with my leggings
While I'm waiting for my items to arrive I went into Nordstrom and picked up two of these tunics.

We got home from Montana on Saturday and I have been trying to get ready for our next vacation. So this week I went to get our money exchange and to have lunch with my mom. I love how colorful the money is :)

This is what showed up at my door on Wednesday. I love Amazon Prime! But I don't think I have a shopping problem. Plus one of the boxes was medical supplies.

Yesterday I got a pedicure with my mom. Love getting my toes done with my Jamberry lacquer.

This is what happened this morning when I was trying to do my workout. He said he was holding down the mat for me :) Good thing I love the little guy.
