Picked up some shoes on my way home from school today. Now I'm ready for the dam evacuation drill on Wednesday!

I feel like it has been so hard lately to blog! Well we had a busy weekend. We spent it down where Mr. J grew up for his nephew's bday. We went to his other nephew's football game then the younger ones bday party. We also met up with friends afterwards for the some fun. Then this morning I went to look at fabrics and to talk wedding dresses with the lovely lady who will be making my dress :-) Now it is time for bed.

Some days I come home and just don't have the energy to be on the computer. But yesterday I recieved a lovely wedding magazine from a friend at school. Then today when I got home my shoes from DSW came!

It was back to work today. Stout got to spend the day in his new pen which he seemed to do okay in. Look at his new toy he got.

Had another productive day. Stout got a new pen to stay in while we are at work. And Tim got a new filter. Then my Mom and I got our nails done and found some pirate gear for the week.

Made it a full week of school this week! I'm one tired teacher but I love my class. Now to get some things done around the house this weekend.

Went to the 5k Bra Dash this morning and then it was off to work in my classroom. Starting to get more organized and being able to focus on teaching.

Had a busy day starting with car washing and a vet visit. Then it was lunch with my Aunt and family. Last it was doing some decorating for a 5k my Mom, bestie and I are doing tomorrow.

Had a great day getting to have all of my firsties in my room today. Here is the cute frame I made for them to use for pics today. I added a paper number that said 1st and will change for other days in the school year.

This week has been crazy!  Still one more day to go! I'm super excited to get to have all of my first graders tomorrow!! Here is a pic of what I gave parents today for orientation.

Listening: Since I got hired on Monday my poor printer has been printing all of my finds I have been saving all year.

Loving: Life has been in a whirlwind lately with engagement and new job but I love it!!

Thinking: Not much to explain lots to get done for the beginning of the school year.

Wanting: Besides needing more time maybe I should say more energy too

Needing: I have a few more things to pick up for school this week.

Favorite Things: 1. My favorite thing is Pinterest right now! So great for ideas for my classroom.
                             2. My new teammates are my favorite! So nice and helpful!!
                             3. What can I say I love my new ring! It's my favorite :-)

I will be playing catchup soon with my pics from the last few days. It has been crazy busy around here. We spent the day in the classroom setting up. Will be heading back tomorrow to do more.
